At JACK WATCHES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Watch

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the timepiece for original quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
